Assignment Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Service Manager / Tech Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate a development team in daily operations
• Plan, prioritize, and follow up on deliveries in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Ensure high quality, delivery efficiency, and correct technical direction
• Coach and support developers in technical matters
• Capture, structure, and translate business requirements into development tasks
• Facilitate workshops and requirement sessions with non-technical stakeholders
• Take overall technical responsibility for the application portfolio
• Drive architecture and technology decisions
• Contribute hands-on with development when needed
• Enable and optimize use of AI-assisted development tools
• Manage delivery, reporting, risks, and dependencies
• Establish and maintain system documentation

What You Bring

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in • NET and experience with React or similar frontend frameworks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure (cloud services, deployment, infrastructure)
• Proven experience in technical leadership roles (e.g., Tech Lead)
• Strong experience in requirements management and structuring
• Experience working closely with business stakeholders
• Experience with GitHub, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience improving and establishing development processes
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot)
• Experience maintaining internal systems or business applications
• Good understanding of DevOps and CI/CD in Azure environments
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written)
