About the Role We are looking for a senior professional to take full ownership of our master construction schedule. Your main focus will be to ensure that the project's strategic goals are perfectly aligned with engineering and procurement plans. You will work closely with site managers to synchronize all activities and proactively manage potential delays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Scheduling: Manage and optimize the master schedule to ensure seamless integration across all project phases.

  • Coordination: Act as a bridge between supervisors and construction management to mitigate deviations early on.

  • Resource Optimization: Implement advanced sequencing to maximize efficiency and minimize site interference.

  • Monitoring & Control: Establish data-driven systems for tracking physical progress and ensuring reporting transparency.

  • Analysis & Reporting: Perform deep-dive progress curve analyses (S-curves) and present updates to key stakeholders.

  • Risk Management: Identify scheduling risks on-site and develop robust contingency plans.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: At least 7 years of progressive experience in project planning within large-scale EPC/EPCM environments (Mining, Energy, or Infrastructure).

  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory). Experience with Power BI, SAP, or EcoSys is highly valued.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary planning teams on megaprojects ($500M+ USD).

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CPM, EVM, and Lean Construction methodologies.

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced P6 Expertise: Creation and maintenance of detailed schedules including permitting, engineering, and start-up.

  • Progress Tracking: Expert in Earned Hours (HH) analysis and critical path management.

  • Visualization: Ability to develop advanced S-curves and real-time Power BI dashboards.

Soft Skills & Languages

  • Leadership: Strong ability to lead risk workshops and progress meetings.

  • Communication: Fluent in English (Intermediate-Advanced) for technical reporting and stakeholder management.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent critical thinking skills applied to risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outage planning and start-up sequencing.

  • Background in mechanical trades or maintenance planning.

  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards.
