Assignment Description

We are currently looking for a CAE Engineer within safety for an assignment with an automotive client.

What You Will Work On

• Perform CAE simulations within pedestrian and occupant safety areas
• Work with VRU (pedestrian passive safety) and IHI simulations
• Conduct FEA analysis and support physical verification activities
• Analyze results and provide insights for safety improvements
• Support development in compliance with safety standards (e.g., FMVSS201U)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within safety engineering

What You Bring

• Experience in pedestrian passive safety (FEA and physical verification)
• Knowledge of interior head impact analysis / free-motion head (FMVSS201U)
• Hands-on experience with LS-Dyna
• Understanding of CAE methodologies and simulation workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative engineering environment
