You will join a product team building and operating cloud services that power connected vehicle experiences on a global scale. The environment combines secure runtime services, platform capabilities and global ingress gateways that support applications used by vehicles and their users every day.

This is a role for someone who enjoys working close to both platform and product. You will help shape technical design within architectural guidelines, contribute to fast feedback loops and built-in quality, and support a cloud ecosystem designed for continuous delivery and reuse.

The assignment offers a broad technical scope where application development, infrastructure and platform engineering meet in a business-critical automotive setting.

• You will develop, operate and improve global ingress gateways and cloud platform services for connected vehicles.
• You will work in an empowered product team with an agile, DevOps-oriented way of working and contribute across the software development lifecycle.
• You will collaborate with the Product Owner to refine functionality, estimate scope and complexity, and help plan upcoming sprints.
• You will drive technical design in your area and ensure solutions align with defined architectural guidelines.
• You will contribute to both application development and infrastructure-related work, including configuration, automation and continuous improvements.
• You will support business-critical application and infrastructure initiatives where the team acts as a focused task force.

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.
• BSc degree or higher in computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with cloud development and a strong interest in both application development and infrastructure/configuration.
• Understanding of agile development principles and experience working in product teams.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.
• Ability to pass required background checks for a sensitive assignment, including identity, education, employment and criminal record verification.

• Experience with AWS, Java, Kubernetes and Istio.
• Experience with technologies such as Docker, Spring, Golang, Python, Kafka, MQTT, Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL, Oracle, Splunk, Grafana or Prometheus.
• Experience with CI/CD, Git or GitOps, microservice architecture, Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Previous experience working with information flows between cloud services, vehicles, mobile apps and external partners.
