You will step into a key role in major industrial initiatives connected to robotics and future manufacturing. The assignment focuses on leading sub-projects within a larger robotics program, while also driving factory-related initiatives such as production development, relocation activities, and the introduction of new products into manufacturing.

You will work in a complex industrial environment where production flow, quality, logistics, and industrialization need to come together smoothly. The role gives you broad exposure across manufacturing operations and close collaboration with both technical specialists and global robotics stakeholders. • You will lead and coordinate sub-projects within robotics, production development, and factory transformation.
• You will drive planning, execution, follow-up, and risk management across parallel initiatives.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams made up of internal technical specialists and external consultants.
• You will support production relocation activities and industrialization efforts linked to manufacturing development.
• You will help introduce new products into production and ensure alignment with the broader manufacturing flow.
• You will manage stakeholder communication and create strong collaboration between project teams and the line organization.
• You will contribute across the full production scope, including logistics, assembly, painting, testing, verification, and quality assurance.
• You will coordinate dependencies between sub-projects and help secure progress in a dynamic industrial setting.

• Experience working as a Project Manager in an industrial environment.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate work across multiple technical disciplines.
• Experience with planning, execution, follow-up, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience from production development, factory-related projects, industrialization, or introduction of new products into manufacturing.
• A structured and driven way of working, with a clear focus on delivery.
• Fluent English.
