You will join a product-focused engineering team where collaboration and ownership shape how the work gets done. The technical landscape spans Java, Go, Python and AWS, and the assignment covers more than feature development alone. You will also contribute to observability, monitoring and operational quality, while helping reduce risk through vulnerability handling and ongoing improvements. Parts of the environment include legacy Java systems, so refactoring and modernization are important parts of the role.

You will work closely with teammates as well as stakeholders, customers and integration counterparts, with shared responsibility for creating stable and maintainable solutions. This makes the assignment especially interesting if you enjoy broad ownership, hands-on engineering and the opportunity to influence both technical direction and ways of working.

• You will develop, maintain and improve services using Java, Go and Python in an AWS-based environment.
• You will take ownership of the full software lifecycle, from refining and breaking down user stories to implementation, deployment, follow-up and continuous improvement.
• You will work hands-on with observability, monitoring, vulnerability handling and other DevOps-related improvements that strengthen reliability and reduce operational risk.
• You will collaborate closely with the team in shared problem solving, including mob programming and task collaboration when that creates better results.
• You will support stakeholder and customer dialogue, helping translate needs into practical technical solutions.
• You will contribute to OEM integration support and help ensure stable deliveries across connected systems.
• You will work with legacy Java solutions, drive refactoring and improve maintainability over time.
• You will participate in ISL and occasional on-call work as part of the team’s shared delivery responsibility.

• Experience with Go and Python
• Experience with Java
• Experience with AWS
• DevOps knowledge and a willingness to work with monitoring, vulnerabilities and risk-related improvements
• Experience with observability
• Comfortable with stakeholder or customer interaction
• Experience supporting OEM integrations
• Experience working with legacy systems and refactoring, especially in Java
• Ability and willingness to participate in ISL and occasional on-call work
• You enjoy close collaboration and want to work in a team that shares ownership of both delivery and code quality
• Able to work from the office several days per week, especially during onboarding
