Assignment Overview

Join a large, stable, and forward‑thinking organisation where SAP plays a business‑critical role in daily operations. As part of a major SAP One ERP / Group transformation, the organisation is consolidating multiple systems into a single ERP platform and significantly strengthening its test automation capabilities.

This 12‑month consulting assignment offers a fully hands‑on senior role focused on building and scaling SAP test automation using Tricentis TOSCA, with a strong emphasis on SAP Fiori workflows. You will be a key contributor in establishing a more structured and scalable automation setup in Sweden, working closely with SAP teams, test leads, and automation experts.

Key Responsibilities

TOSCA Test Automation (Primary Focus)

• Analyse existing manual SAP test flows and convert them into automated TOSCA test cases
• Design, develop, maintain, and execute TOSCA test scripts and test suites
• Automate SAP Fiori workflows (primary focus area)
• Contribute hands‑on as a senior individual contributor in daily automation work
• Ensure automation supports SAP releases, changes, and upgrades

SAP Process & Business Understanding

• Understand SAP business processes and workflows
• Translate business logic into robust, reusable automated test coverage
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement areas in test scenarios

QA & Release Support

• Support regression testing in connection with SAP changes and releases
• Follow established test automation standards, practices, and guidelines
• Collaborate with SAP teams to ensure stable and predictable releases

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with SAP testers, IT teams, test leads, and automation specialists
• Communicate test results, risks, and improvement opportunities clearly
• Contribute constructively in a complex enterprise transformation environment

Continuous Improvement

• Help strengthen and mature SAP test automation capability in Sweden
• Suggest and apply best practices for automation‑first delivery
• Support continuous optimisation of SAP testing and release quality

Required Skills & Experience

Must have

• Strong, hands‑on experience with Tricentis TOSCA
• Proven experience automating SAP workflows (SAP Fiori is most relevant)
• Experience converting manual SAP test cases into automated flows
• Comfortable working in large, complex enterprise SAP environments
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Clear communication skills in cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP HANA
• Understanding of test data management
• Exposure to WalkMe (not required)
• Swedish language skills

• Location: Malmö or remote within Sweden
• Way of working: Hybrid setup, preferable on-site presence in Malmö, approx. 60% depending on project needs
