You will join a technically demanding environment in the middle of an important platform transition from RTOS to Embedded Linux. This is a role for you who enjoy combining hands-on development with technical leadership, and who can create structure in an ongoing project while helping the team move forward with clarity and confidence.

You will work close to both software and hardware, with responsibility spanning architecture, implementation, debugging, and engineering practices. The assignment offers broad influence over technical direction, platform evolution, and how the team works with quality throughout the development lifecycle. It is an exciting opportunity if you want to make a clear impact in a modern embedded setting with real technical depth.

• You will develop and maintain embedded software platform components, primarily in C++.
• You will take technical ownership in the project and help create structure, direction, and sound engineering decisions.
• You will guide and support the transition from RTOS to Embedded Linux.
• You will implement new functionality from design through delivery.
• You will debug and troubleshoot across application code, Embedded Linux, and hardware.
• You will contribute to improvements in build, test, and release flows, including work in CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• You will promote secure, robust, and maintainable engineering practices.

• Strong professional experience with C++ in embedded or system-level development.
• Solid experience with Embedded Linux, including systems programming, networking, and debugging.
• Proven ability to take technical leadership or act as a senior advisor within a team.
• Experience working with both RTOS and Embedded Linux, preferably in migration contexts.
• A strong mindset around testing, maintainability, and system architecture.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience working in Agile teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments.

• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• A security background, for example secure boot or update concepts, threat modeling, or vulnerability-aware development.
• Additional RTOS experience.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Hands-on experience with Yocto.
• Experience with radar and/or LiDAR technologies or products.
• Experience with hardware-level troubleshooting.
• Experience with C#, Java, or Python.
