As a Management System and Audit Expert you will ensure the effectiveness, compliance, and continuous improvement of Aurobay’ s global management systems. You play a key role in securing that our operations meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal expectations.

Through a structured and proactive approach, you drive alignment of management systems, coordinate audits, and ensure that findings are translated into meaningful improvements across the organization.

Skills and Experience

Education/experience background:

• Strong knowledge of management systems and auditing standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
• Proven experience in auditing and managing integrated management systems in a global or multi-site environment
• Strong analytical mindset and risk-based thinking, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
• High level of commitment and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement initiatives

Your role at Aurobay

As a Management System and Audit Expert you will:

• Define, implement, and maintain the global management system framework, ensuring alignment with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other applicable standards.
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, including certification audits, to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive Management Review processes and ensure effective follow-up of audit findings and compliance gaps across the organization.
• Lead and develop the internal auditor network, strengthening audit competence and ensuring consistent audit practices globally.
