We are now looking for a quality engineer for Lind in Bromma, a company that develops and manufactures electric surfboards in its own production. Here you will have a central role in a technology-driven environment with a strong focus on quality, function and continuous improvement.

About Lind Lind is an innovative company developing modular, high-performance electric surfboards that make it possible to surf wherever there is water, without the need for waves or a boat. By combining traditional surfboard craftsmanship with advanced drivetrain systems and battery solutions, Lind delivers an intuitive, powerful and elegant riding experience.

Lind’s production is based in Bromma, where the team maintains a strong focus on quality, hands-on assembly and technical innovation.

The role

As a Quality Engineer at Lind, you will have a broad and hands-on role, responsible for ensuring and developing quality across both product and production. You will work closely with assembly, development and management in an environment with short decision-making paths and strong collaboration.

You will play a key role in building, structuring and improving quality processes in a growing organization. The role combines hands-on work in production with analytical tasks related to follow-up and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring product quality in both production and finished products

• Managing deviations, root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Developing and documenting processes, routines and work instructions

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within quality and production

• Participating in prototype work and contributing with a quality perspective in development

• Monitoring and analyzing quality data

Who you are

We are looking for someone with experience in quality work within production, manufacturing or a technical environment. You are comfortable working both hands-on and in a structured way, and you enjoy combining practical work with analysis and improvement initiatives. You are self-driven and confident in taking ownership of your area of responsibility. You have a structured approach and a strong attention to detail, while also being able to see the bigger picture and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

You thrive in a smaller organization where you work close to the business and where your contribution has a clear impact. The primary language in the workplace is English, and you therefore need to communicate fluently in both spoken and written English. Swedish is considered an advantage.
