Assignment Description

We are looking for a Production Manager

What You Will Work On

• Lead and manage daily production operations within assembly and testing
• Oversee a team of approximately 40 employees across shift-based work
• Ensure quality standards, delivery precision, and operational efficiency
• Create structure and clarity in production processes and workflows
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment
• Manage documentation, system support, and operational procedures
• Take responsibility for team performance, development, and work environment
• Promote collaboration between employees and external consultants
• Ensure smooth coordination across shifts and production activities

• Proven ability to manage larger teams in shift-based operations

• Experience working with assembly, testing, or similar production processes
