Cloud & Site Reliability Engineer

Do you thrive on building robust and scalable cloud platforms that power modern SaaS solutions? Here’s your chance to shape the future of tool management technologies in a role where reliability and security are key. At Sandvik and Tool Flow Soultions, we offer an innovative and collaborative environment where your expertise truly matters.

Why join us?

  • Be part of a forward-looking global team driving digital transformation
  • Work hands-on with modern engineering practices, SRE, and DevSecOps
  • Make a real impact on scalability, security, and customer value

Your mission

You join our Cloud Tech organization and play a critical role in scaling a secure and reliable SaaS Tool Management platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Cloud, you design and evolve cloud infrastructure, enable teams through modern practices, and drive operational excellence across multiple products.

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, including reusable templates and automated quality checks
  • Design, manage, and optimize Azure infrastructure across compute, networking, identity, and storage using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform and Bicep)
  • Apply SRE principles to enhance observability, reliability, and incident response processes
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices such as security scanning, vulnerability management, and GDPR compliance into pipelines
  • Support product teams with self-service capabilities and ensure stable, cost-efficient operations

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Tübingen, Germany.

Your profile

You’ve got a strong foundation in cloud engineering, DevSecOps, and reliability practices. You confidently work with Microsoft Azure, understand cloud-native architectures, and know how to enable teams with the right tools and processes.

You bring:

  • Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure delivery workflows across GitHub and Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform and Bicep
  • Familiarity with SRE practices, observability tools, and operational reliability methods
  • Knowledge of backend development with languages such as C#/.NET, Node.js, or Go
  • Strong grasp of security automation and regulatory compliance frameworks

You’re analytical and detail-oriented, yet pragmatic in driving improvements. You communicate clearly, collaborate seamlessly, and stay curious to keep learning new tools and methods. You’re comfortable taking responsibility and enjoy working in an agile, team-oriented environment.
