We at ALTEN Gothenburg automotive team are looking for engineers within Data collection, annotation and resimulation developer for an assignment within interior sensing. Our Interior Sensing team focus on data collection, annotation, and resimulation development. This role is crucial for enabling us to resimulate and evaluate performance across software releases without manual testing, using data from Occupant Monitoring Cameras and Interior Radars.

Responsibilities of the data collection role:

• Perform data collection using vehicles equipped with advanced logging systems.
• 
  
• Ensure defined test cases are executed the correct number of times with a diverse range of participants.
• Train and guide users on the proper use of data collection systems.
• 
  
• Manage booking schedules for vehicle usage and data collection sessions.

Responsibilities of the data annotation role:

• Review and annotate dynamic video sequences using specialized tools.
• 
  
• Validate and correct pre-annotations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• 
  
• Ensure high-quality labeling and annotation standards across all video frames.
• 
  
• Identify and rectify missing or incorrect annotations according to guidelines.

Responsibilities of the resimulation developer role:

• Develop and optimize the resimulation pipeline to improve speed and accuracy.
• 
  
• Work with Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, ROS2, Azure, and Databricks.
• 
  
• Collaborate with the development team to execute well-defined tasks and enhance the resimulation chain.
• Meritorious: Experience with VCC data cloud “Oden”.

Your profile:

• B.Sc. and/or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Software engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with data collection systems and vehicle-based testing.
• 
  
• Knowledge of video annotation and AI/ML contexts.
• 
  
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, ROS2, Azure, and Databricks.
• 
  
• Familiarity with VCC data cloud “Oden” is a plus.
• 
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• 
  
• Fluency in English.
