Job Description- You will lead strategic commercial projects end-to-end, from early idea and analysis to decision, execution, and follow-up.
- You will identify and evaluate opportunities linked to growth, retention, and improved business performance.
- You will define scope, roadmaps, milestones, ownership, and ways of working for each initiative.
- You will drive implementation across multiple functions and make sure teams stay aligned on priorities and progress.
- You will develop business cases, financial models, and other decision material for senior stakeholders.
- You will manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively to keep initiatives moving forward.
- You will support launches of new products, services, and commercial offerings.
- You will contribute to initiatives related to churn reduction, go-to-market strategies, customer lifecycle improvements, and cross-functional efficiency.
- You will produce clear deliverables such as prioritized roadmaps, vendor evaluations, recommendations, and detailed project plans.
Requirements- 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, project management, or commercial development.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Strong experience driving implementation and delivering results.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
- A structured approach to project management.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and create momentum.
- Excellent executive communication skills.
- Fluent English and Swedish.
Nice to have- Experience from telecom, subscription-based businesses, or digital consumer brands.
- Background from top-tier consulting environments.
- Experience in growth initiatives, churn reduction, customer lifecycle management, or product and service launches.
