About the Assignment

You will step into a senior role focused on driving strategic commercial initiatives from idea to decision and all the way through implementation. This assignment suits you if you enjoy combining strategy, analysis, and hands-on execution rather than stopping at recommendations.

You will work in a business-driven environment where growth, customer retention, new offerings, and cross-functional efficiency are high on the agenda. A big part of the role is turning complex opportunities into clear plans, building decision material for senior management, and creating momentum across several functions at once.

Job Description
  • You will lead strategic commercial projects end-to-end, from early idea and analysis to decision, execution, and follow-up.
  • You will identify and evaluate opportunities linked to growth, retention, and improved business performance.
  • You will define scope, roadmaps, milestones, ownership, and ways of working for each initiative.
  • You will drive implementation across multiple functions and make sure teams stay aligned on priorities and progress.
  • You will develop business cases, financial models, and other decision material for senior stakeholders.
  • You will manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively to keep initiatives moving forward.
  • You will support launches of new products, services, and commercial offerings.
  • You will contribute to initiatives related to churn reduction, go-to-market strategies, customer lifecycle improvements, and cross-functional efficiency.
  • You will produce clear deliverables such as prioritized roadmaps, vendor evaluations, recommendations, and detailed project plans.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, project management, or commercial development.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives.
  • Strong experience driving implementation and delivering results.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
  • A structured approach to project management.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and create momentum.
  • Excellent executive communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Swedish.
Nice to have
  • Experience from telecom, subscription-based businesses, or digital consumer brands.
  • Background from top-tier consulting environments.
  • Experience in growth initiatives, churn reduction, customer lifecycle management, or product and service launches.
