We are looking for a "Medallia Platform Expert" for a global company in Gothenburg.
Start is in June 2026, 15-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
You’ll be at the heart of our CX operations, working with the Medallia platform to design, build, configure, and optimize feedback journeys across the entire customer lifecycle—from sales & delivery to aftermarket and uptime services. You’ll partner closely with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to help shape how we collect and act on customer feedback globally. The role involves managing and improving the customer feedback and survey system built on the Medallia platform. The candidate will also drive the development of new features and enhancements to improve the platform’s performance and customer insights.
What we’re looking for
– 5–8 years hands-on experience working with the Medallia platform (configuration, backend, etc.)
– Medallia Admin and Product Certification are mandatory
– Strong knowledge in web technologies like JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and APIs
– Experience in CX / feedback journeys, designing and implementing feedback loops
– Analytical skills, and a mindset for insight activation and continuous improvement
– Bonus points if you have exposure to AI / NLP, dashboards, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), and distributed systems.
This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in June 2026, 15-month limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that.
