Solidum Sverige AB/Barnakademin has been providing families with high-quality childcare services since 2008. We offer creative childcare in Swedish and specialize in bilingual babysitting services.

Our Clients:

We work with families whose children are between 1 and 6 years old, requiring assistance with school pickups and babysitting 1 to 3 days per week.

Who We're Looking For:

- Part-time job seekers, ideally students with a passion for childcare

- Candidates who can dedicate at least one afternoon per week

- Responsible, creative individuals with strong social skills

- Candidates looking for a long-term commitment (minimum 6 months)

- Native/ Fluent Finnish speakers, with good English or Swedish skills

About the Position:

- We are looking for a Finnish-speaking babysitter to help a family with their 6 year old daughter’s language development through creative, screen-free play such as crafts, reading, drawing, and board games. No mobile phone. Help is needed on Tuesdays from 17: 00–20:00 and Thursdays from 15: 30–19:30, including school pickup and preparation before ballet class. The school is a 10-minute walk from home, and ballet is nearby. Light meal preparation and cleaning up afterward (dishwasher available) are part of the role. The family has clear routines and expectations, and they value reliability, respect for household rules, and proactive communication.

What We Offer:
