Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Data Lead

What You Will Work On

• Lead and coordinate business data activities within the A2D workstream
• Ensure updates and accuracy in data conversion design
• Define and manage mapping between legacy systems and SAP
• Establish extraction criteria for data migration
• Drive data cleansing and enrichment initiatives to improve data quality
• Prepare and deliver test data (mock loads) for various testing phases
• Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) processes
• Support the setup of governance structures and operating models for master data
• Collaborate closely with business owners, global process owners, and IT specialists
• Work alongside workstream leads, implementation partners, and data teams
• Ensure timely delivery within the data domain and contribute to overall program leadership

What You Bring

• Academic degree in Engineering, IT, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
• Experience working with data in supply chain and/or sales domains
• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM)
• Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA
• Experience in data migration projects, including ETL processes
• Background in SAP implementation programs
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Experience working in complex transformation or large-scale programs
