You will step into a key role in an information security initiative within the banking sector, where delivery, risk, and compliance need to move together. This is a hands-on assignment for you if you enjoy bringing structure to complex work, keeping momentum high, and making sure risks, dependencies, and decisions are visible to the right stakeholders at the right time.

You will act as a central point of coordination across PMOs, workstream leads, and senior stakeholders. The assignment combines project execution, risk oversight, financial follow-up, and executive reporting, while also supporting related compliance areas. It is a strong opportunity for you if you want to work close to senior decision-makers in a regulated environment where your coordination and execution skills will have real impact.

• You will drive the project scope and help turn objectives into clear execution plans.
• You will define, monitor, and follow up on key risk indicators and mitigation actions.
• You will coordinate closely with PMOs and workstream leads to secure aligned delivery across the project.
• You will build and maintain timelines, plans, and other core project artefacts.
• You will keep end-to-end visibility of progress, dependencies, milestones, and escalations.
• You will prepare progress updates and formal reporting for senior management.
• You will create executive-ready material, including presentation decks and Excel-based status, risk, and financial reporting.
• You will support stakeholders by resolving issues proactively and helping remove blockers before they affect delivery.
• You will contribute guidance and structure that help teams produce high-quality deliverables.

• Proven experience in project delivery, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive progress in complex environments with a hands-on and execution-focused approach.
• Experience preparing and presenting clear updates for senior management.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for both executive and operational reporting.
• Experience working with risk follow-up, mitigation tracking, and project coordination.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

• Experience from ICT compliance or other risk-driven projects.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
