Looking for your next challenge as a Model-Based Development Engineer in the automotive industry?

ALTEN Sweden is currently seeking an experienced Model-Based Development Engineer (MATLAB/Simulink) to join one of our key clients within the automotive sector, working 100% on-site in Gothenburg. You will be part of a highly skilled engineering team developing and validating vehicle functions using model-based methodologies for automotive systems.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system and software models using MATLAB/Simulink
• Apply Model-Based Development methodologies within automotive projects
• Use TargetLink for production code generation
• Perform simulation, testing, and validation of models
• Support integration of models into embedded automotive systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the automotive development chain

Your profile

We are looking for a technically strong engineer with solid experience in Model-Based Development and a strong interest in automotive systems.

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Around 4 years of professional experience in Model-Based Development
• Strong hands-on experience with MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with TargetLink
• Knowledge of Python, C, or C++ is considered a strong plus
• Previous experience in the automotive industry
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
