Robotics Engineer - Hardware and Control
Your Role
As our Robotics Engineer for Hardware and Control, you'll be the hands-on expert who
brings robotic systems to life. You'll integrate, and optimize the hardware and control
systems that form the foundation of our robotics solutions, ensuring reliable performance
across pharmaceutical, defense/aerospace, and automotive/manufacturing applications.
Your work will span from component selection and system integration to real-time control
implementation. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our robotic platforms meet the
demanding requirements of industrial environments, from precision requirements to
operational reliability. Examples of responsibilities include:
• Integrating robotic hardware systems including actuators, sensors, embedded
controllers, and power systems
• Implementing real-time control algorithms for manipulators, mobile platforms, and
integrated systems
• Employing hardware-software interfaces and drivers for sensors, actuators, and
communication protocols
You'll collaborate closely with our Robotics and AI experts to create complete robotic
systems where hardware, control, and high-level intelligence work seamlessly together.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications:
• MSc or PhD in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, MechanicalEngineering, or related field
• Strong experience with robotic hardware integration and real-time control systems• Hands-on experience with real robotics systems
Preferred Experience:
• Knowledge of motor control, drive systems, and power electronics
• Familiarity with CAD tools and mechanical design principles
• Track record of troubleshooting and optimizing robotic hardware in production settings
