Resourcing Manager – Large Projects (Interim Assignment- Join Bravida and help build the teams behind some of the Nordics’ largest projects

Made for Sales is supporting Bravida in finding an interim Resourcing Manager – Large Projects to take a central role in securing and mobilising the right talent for high-value, complex project deliveries. You will play a key role in building and scaling teams for some of the most ambitious projects in the Nordics — sourcing talent across Sweden, the Nordics, and internationally, often under tight timelines and changing conditions. If you enjoy working close to the business, taking ownership, and delivering results where it really matters — this is the role for you.About the RoleAs Resourcing Manager – Large Projects, you play a critical role in enabling successful project execution by ensuring the right people are in place — on time, on budget, and at scale. This is not a traditional HR role. It is a senior, business-integrated leadership position where resourcing, commercial understanding, delivery, and speed intersect. You will operate at the heart of both bid phases and project execution, supporting large and fast-paced projects often exceeding SEK 1bn.Your ResponsibilitiesFrom early bid phase to project demobilisation, you will:

  • Lead resourcing strategy in major bids and early project planning
  • Translate scope and schedules into clear capacity plans and cost scenarios
  • Drive rapid mobilisation during peak demand and parallel project ramp-ups
  • Balance internal vs external, local vs international, hire vs contract
  • Build and manage a strong ecosystem of staffing partners and specialists
  • Ensure compliance with Nordic labour, mobility, and HSE frameworks
  • Create structure, transparency, and scalability in resourcing and cost control

You will work closely with Bid Directors, Project Directors, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance, acting as the practical link between delivery needs and HR/legal frameworks.What You Bring

  • Experience from large, project-based delivery environments (e.g. construction, infrastructure, energy, data centres, industrial installations)
  • Strong background in resource planning, mobilisation, and external staffing models
  • Commercial mindset with solid cost and rate management capability
  • Practical knowledge of Nordic labour markets and international workforce mobility
  • Ability to operate under pressure, in ambiguity, and with shifting priorities

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish
  • Professional proficiency in English

About the AssignmentThis is an interim assignment (6–12 months) with immediate start. The ideal candidate is available as soon as possible, and no later than early June. You can take on this assignment:

  • As an independent consultant through your own company or
  • As an employee via Made for Sales, which offers collective bargaining agreements

Interview process: Meetings with Bravida are planned for week 17–18.
