About the AssignmentYou will step into a customer-facing project environment where patch and system testing need to run with precision, structure, and clear ownership.
The assignment is about making sure testing activities are planned, executed, tracked, and reported in line with defined quality standards and timelines.
You will work closely with testers, test analysts, stakeholders, customers, and suppliers to create visibility, remove blockers, and keep progress moving across multiple test phases.
The role combines coordination, quality assurance, defect management, and hands-on support when needed.

Job Description- You will create and maintain test plans and test schedules for one or more test phases.
- You will lead and coordinate testing activities within projects in a specific customer environment.
- You will drive system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support execution when needed to avoid blockers.
- You will analyze, document, and report test activities and results in a clear and structured way.
- You will maintain defect registers and ensure issues are logged, tracked, assigned, and followed through to resolution.
- You will lead and contribute to Defect Control Board meetings and similar forums with customers and suppliers.
- You will investigate failed test steps together with testers and help identify corrective actions.
- You will coordinate test environment installations with internal and external teams.
- You will provide regular progress reporting, including status on executed, passed, failed, and deferred test cases as well as reported defects.
- You will ensure written test reports are approved and that test scope, defect status, and overall progress are presented clearly to stakeholders.
- You will secure handover of requirements and relevant documentation to test analysts and testers.
- You will support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and contribute to a culture of ownership for production-ready software.
Requirements- Experience in test management and quality assurance within patch and system testing.
- Experience planning, executing, and reporting testing activities in a project-based customer environment.
- Experience with system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ability to manage defects, maintain defect registers, and coordinate follow-up with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to lead forums such as defect review meetings and present test status, scope, and defect overview to stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills, including test plans, test schedules, test reports, and KPI follow-up.
- Understanding of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in testing.
- Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written.
Nice to have- Knowledge of JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Comfort working in an on-site, customer-near delivery environment.
