About this opportunity

We are looking for a Manager Business Controlling - Infection Control to drive the financial performance of the Infection Control Product Portfolio of our site in Växjö. In this role you will work closely with the business leaders and support in driving and monitoring the business activities. The areas of responsibilities encompass both local and global activities. You will be managing the business control team and be part of the local management team. The role reports into the Product Area Senior Finance Director and has a dotted line to the local Managing Director.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Monitor and analyze the Financial Performance of the Getinge Disinfection factory
• Responsible for business control activities related to month end closing and rolling forecast
• Tracking and analyzing of production KPIs to support decisions of the local Management
• Support and review compilation of R&D Business cases and other investment decisions from start to launch.
• Provide analysis of the integrated Product P&L for Washer, Disinfectors and Endoscopy. Collaborate with Global Sales Organization and other functions to improve profitability
• Responsible for the local business control team

Your experience includes:

• Classically trained with a degree in economics/finance
• +5 years’ experience from a multinational company, ideally experience working in a matrix organization
• Highly capable Finance Business Partner with experience from manufacturing
• Ability to communicate financial conclusions and recommendations in structured and business-oriented way to deliver results within set timelines.
• Hands-on mentality to work independently, making things happen through stakeholder management within all levels in the organization
• Experience in people leadership, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• MS Office, particularly MS Excel, experience from Cognos Controller and Microsoft BI. Experience and SAP are a merit.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, verbally and written. Other languages are a merit.

The position is located at our site in Växjö and requires on site presence 3 days/week. You will be reporting to the Senior Director Finance Infection Control. International travel may occur.
