We're growing across Europe and looking for a Community & Email Marketing Specialist to join our international marketing team. You'll own efficy group's email nurturing, social media presence, and community touchpoints, turning content and messaging into consistent engagement across the customer journey. What you'll be doingEmail Marketing & Lead Nurturing
Build and optimise email nurturing flows: lead nurturing and newsletter campaigns
Define the logic of email journeys, making sure the right message reaches the right audience at the right moment
Track and analyse email performance (open rates, clicks, engagement, conversions) and improve flows based on data
Social Media & Community
Own efficy group's social media presence across key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Define social media strategy and content calendars aligned with campaigns, launches, and ongoing themes
Translate core content into platform-specific posts, adapted to audience and channel
Engage actively with the community by responding to comments and interactions to build brand trust
Review Platforms & Brand Advocacy
Manage review platforms such as G2 and Capterra: keep profiles up to date, stimulate reviews, and feed insights back into marketing
At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, social media, or community marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a digital environment
Proven ability to build and manage email nurturing flows across lifecycle stages
Experienced in owning and managing multiple social media channels, including content planning and execution
Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on: you enjoy creating the plan and executing it yourself
Data-driven, with the ability to track performance and continuously improve campaigns
Proactive, structured, and communicative, you take ownership and make things happen
Excellent command of English; additional European languages are a plus
