Job Mission:
As a Marketing Automation and Insight Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling Piab’s lead engine for the Vacuum Conveying Division. You will own our CRM and marketing automation workflows, dashboards, and KPI definitions to secure one single source of truth for commercial performance. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product teams to improve speed and quality through templates, processes and governance, and to continuously optimize conversion, pipeline impact and channel ROI across the customer journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build and maintain scalable lead management workflows in our CRM and marketing automation platforms, including routing, scoring and nurture programs.
Own commercial dashboards and reporting: define KPIs, data structures and naming conventions to create a single source of truth for marketing and sales performance.
Continuously analyze funnel performance (from lead to opportunity and revenue) and recommend actions to improve conversion, pipeline impact and channel effectiveness.
Develop and maintain templates, processes and governance that increase execution speed and quality across campaigns, channels and regions.
Partner with Marketing and Sales to design and run A/B tests, pilots and experiments that improve engagement, conversion and ROI.
Ensure data quality and compliance in CRM/MA systems, working closely with Sales Operations and IT where needed.
Enable and support the team with training, documentation and hands-on support related to tools, processes and dashboards.
PREFERED COMPETENCIES
Strong hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, pardot.com, HubSpot, Marketo or similar).
Analytical and data-driven mindset, comfortable working with large data sets, building dashboards and drawing clear insights and recommendations.
Structured way of working with processes, governance, documentation and standardization of ways of working.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements and scalable workflows.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Data/Analytics or a related field.
Several years of experience in B2B marketing automation, CRM, demand generation or revenue operations roles.
Proven track record of building or optimizing lead management processes and reporting that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
