You will join an international team in a key automation assignment focused on improving the operational capability of a Dimensioning and Deployment Configuration Tool (DDCT). The goal is to reduce manual work, strengthen delivery quality, and create measurable business value through smart automation of critical workflows.

In this role, you will take ownership of automation engineering where the need and impact are greatest. You will help shape solutions that improve throughput, support SLA compliance, and create lasting efficiency gains. A central part of the assignment is also to act as a bridge between delivery and internal capability by building structure, sharing knowledge, and enabling long-term ownership within the organization.

• You will design and implement automation solutions for the most business-critical DDCT workflows.
• You will simulate and validate system behavior under realistic conditions using JMeter to make sure solutions are robust and ready for production use.
• You will build, maintain, and improve automation pipelines with Jenkins and Spinnaker.
• You will help establish governance frameworks, runbooks, and working methods that support sustainable automation over time.
• You will drive structured knowledge transfer and hands-on upskilling so internal teams can take full ownership of automation practices.
• You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and delivery teams, while providing clear progress updates connected to agreed milestones and outcomes.
• You will contribute to improvements that reduce automation backlog, lower manual operational effort, and increase processing efficiency.

• 5+ years of experience in automation engineering and operational process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins and Spinnaker for CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Proficiency with JMeter for workload simulation and performance validation.
• Proven experience delivering automation with measurable ROI in complex, large-scale environments.
• Experience creating governance documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
• An agile mindset and the ability to work effectively in adaptive, milestone-driven engagements.
