Nord-Lock Group is looking for a Group AI Adoption Lead based at our Head Office in Gothenburg – a role for someone with a few years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, and IT projects who is ready to take the next step in driving AI initiatives.
Nord-Lock Group is a global leader in bolting and engineering solutions, with products used in some of the world’s most demanding environments – from high-speed rail and space technology to offshore wind. We are now accelerating our journey into artificial intelligence, with a strong focus on responsible and value-creating use.
In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will drive AI adoption across the organization, support teams in applying AI in their daily work, and coordinate initiatives that create tangible business value. At the same time, you will contribute to building structure, governance, and long-term direction.
The role is based in Gothenburg and reports to the Head of Strategy & M&A. Some travel is expected.
