Assignment Description

We are looking for a Supplier Quality Manager within Electronics

What You Will Work On

• Ensure quality of purchased components, materials, and subsystems
• Define and secure quality requirements in RFQs, agreements, and purchase orders
• Participate in purchasing preparation and supplier selection activities
• Conduct supplier audits and product evaluations onsite
• Monitor supplier performance and drive corrective actions when targets are not met
• Lead supplier improvement initiatives and development programs
• Handle non-conformance cases and manage supplier complaints
• Review and evaluate supplier responses to quality issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with quality standards

What You Bring

• University degree or Master of Science in Engineering, preferably within Electronics, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience in supplier quality or quality engineering
• Knowledge of quality tools such as root cause analysis, FMEA, 8D, and risk analysis
• Experience working with supplier audits and quality assurance processes
• Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external suppliers
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Swedish citizenship (mandatory due to security requirements)
