Assignment Description

We are looking for an Industrial Designer

What You Will Work On

• Contribute to design development for truck platforms and transportation solutions
• Work on improvements and updates of existing product applications
• Support future concept development and service-oriented design initiatives
• Translate ideas into feasible and production-ready design solutions
• Create visual concepts using advanced sketching and simple 3D modeling
• Guide and collaborate with 3D surface designers during development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across design and engineering
• Participate in rapid ideation and concept generation activities

What You Bring

• Master’s degree in Industrial Design, Automotive Design, or equivalent
• Proven experience in automotive design (mandatory)
• Experience working on multiple high-level design projects
• Strong visual communication skills, including advanced 2D sketching
• Experience or exposure to 3D concept modeling
• Deep understanding of design as a strategic tool for brand building and business transformation
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Collaborative mindset with experience working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in agile environments and adapt to changing priorities
• Self-driven approach with the ability to work independently
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
