We are looking for a Project Manager
What You Will Work On
- Drive initiatives to improve and streamline operational processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement structured process enhancements
- Map and analyze complex workflows and business processes
- Document and standardize routines, roles, and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain structured process documentation frameworks
- Improve accessibility and usability of process and information documentation
- Create and deliver training materials for process adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization
- Lead project activities and coordinate stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement and transformation initiatives
What You Bring
- Proven ability to independently lead large-scale process development initiatives
- Strong analytical and structured approach to managing complex processes
- Experience in documenting processes, workflows, and routines
- Experience working in cross-functional environments within large organizations
- Solid experience with project methodologies and leading project teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Excel, Visio, and SharePoint
- Fluent in Swedish and English
