About the AssignmentYou will take a key role in strengthening occupational health and safety across a business environment where compliance, structure, and continuous improvement matter every day.
The assignment combines hands-on operational work with a broader improvement perspective: you will help ensure that health and safety routines are followed, that risks are identified early, and that managers and safety representatives have the support they need to act on them.
This is a role for you who enjoy turning regulations and internal procedures into practical ways of working.
You will work across business functions, coordinate recurring inspections and committee activities, and follow up on objectives and incidents with a clear focus on quality and accountability.
It is an interesting opportunity to influence both day-to-day safety work and the long-term development of a strong safety culture.
Job Description- You will conduct annual compliance audits across relevant business functions and help translate findings into clear follow-up actions.
- You will lead the yearly process for setting occupational health and safety objectives and track progress together with stakeholders.
- You will plan and carry out regular safety inspections in close collaboration with managers and safety representatives.
- You will organize and perform recurring fire safety inspections and coordinate annual electrical safety inspections.
- You will drive the annual risk assessment process and ensure that identified risks are documented, discussed, and addressed.
- You will facilitate Occupational Health and Safety Committee meetings and help keep the agenda focused on actions and improvements.
- You will manage incident reporting in line with internal procedures and support the organization in proper follow-up.
- You will provide ongoing guidance on occupational health and safety matters and act as a trusted point of contact for the business.
Requirements- Proven experience in occupational health and safety within a corporate or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, compliance work, and related practices.
- Experience conducting risk assessments, safety inspections, and compliance audits.
- Ability to lead structured processes and collaborate effectively with managers, safety representatives, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and Swedish.
