SWEDISH SPEAKING SALES AGENT - Valencia Spain
We are currently recruiting Swedish speaking sales agents for our call center operations. At the moment we have capacity to hire up to 10 employees depending on current and upcoming projects.
DESCRIPTION OF THE FUNCTIONS AND TASKS:
Employees will work as sales agents conducting outbound telephone sales for the projects we operate. Their main tasks include contacting potential customers in the Swedish market, presenting products or services and closing sales.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
We are looking for Swedish speaking sales agents and one team leader for our call center operations.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND OTHER NECESSARY REQUIREMENTS: Previous sales experience is not required for sales agents but is considered a plus. We are looking for motivated and communicative individuals who are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. For the team leader position, previous experience in sales and a similar leadership role is required.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION: No specific academic qualifications are required.

WORKING CONDITIONS
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Initial probation contract for the first 3 months, followed by an indefinite contract.
LENGTH OF EMPLOYMENT: FROM / TO Start date: Immediately or by agreement. No fixed end date.
WEEKLY WORKING HOURS: Full time position, 35 hours per week.
SALARY (GROSS OR NET / MONTH): Guaranteed base salary of 1,350 EUR gross per month plus commission. The position is commission based, providing the opportunity to earn significantly more depending on performance.
WORKPLACE: Our office is centrally located in Valencia with easy access to public transportation, including bus and metro. The area is close to shopping streets, restaurants and other amenities.
