Role Summary
As Customer Success Lead, you will drive the adoption of agentic workflows across the organization—turning cutting-edge AI capabilities into real, everyday value for Traton R&D teams. You’ll connect people, technology, and strategy: guiding users, enabling champions, facilitating workshops, and ensuring our AI-first platform truly empowers its customers.

Job Responsibilities
You will start with a training program to understand the domain of agentic AI, its best practices and the products within the AI Enablement team. You will work closely with the AI Enablement product owner to drive the success of all AI Enablement customers within TRATON R&D. As the team grows you will have a natural leadership role regarding the user experience and communication of the products within AIE.
You will collaborate with the AI Enablement (AIE) Product owner to:
- Coordinate the AIE champions network
- Market AIE events such as stakeholder forums
- Create marketing efforts for broad adoption of AIE products
- Coordinate and, after some training, facilitate AIE workshops and presentations
- After some training, support and facilitate context engineering courses
- Create and maintain agentic workflows for customer support and success
- Proactive outreach to potential AIE customers
- Initial discussions with interested customers of AIE products and services
- Coordinate pilot programs for AIE products and other go-to-market activities
- Follow up on usage of AIE products and ways of working
- Perform interviews of users and key stakeholders of industrial processes
- Gather testimonials of AIE products for key stakeholder communication
Who You Are
Must have
- A burning interest for using LLM:s and AI agents in an enterprise context
- Experience of project or product management
- Leadership experience
Nice to have (meritorious)
- An education in a technically relevant field such as computer science or vehicle engineering
- Pedagogical skills and experience, for example within teaching or marketing.
- Experience of facilitating trainings
- Experience of working with user experience (UX) development
- Technical experience such as working with git, API:s and terminal interfaces

Who are the TRATON R&D AI Enablement team, what do we do and how do we work?
We are the TRATON R&D AI Enablement team. Our mission is to help people across TRATON adopt agentic workflows in daily work so teams can move faster, improve quality, and collaborate better.
Hub and spokes. AI Enablement is the hub: we build and run the central agentic platform, coordinate with governance and supporting functions such as IT, and make shared capabilities available to all TRATON brands. From the hub, spoke colleagues take lead with working directly with teams in the organization to onboard users, support adoption, and bring practical feedback back into the platform.
Agentic ways of working. We are AI first. We work with agentic engineering in a practical way: giving agents the right information, tools, and guardrails at the right time. For this role, that means helping teams adopt trustworthy workflows and turn AI support into real customer value.
Mob development and team rhythms. Our developers work in mob programming - collaborating in real time as a team to build with shared ownership and fast feedback, while operating on a focused “maker’s schedule,” whereas customer-facing and coordination roles follow a more meeting-driven “manager’s schedule.”
