About the job
We’re looking for an experienced evening kitchen chef who is familiar with Slavic cuisine (Poland, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, etc.) to join us at Bar Bez Mleczny on Kungsgatan in central Gothenburg. This is a part‑time role with Tuesday–Friday evenings and a full‑day shift on Saturday. The role focuses on service‑time cooking and plating, plus some preparation before opening.
About us
Bar Bez Mleczny is a new concept from Papi’s Pierogi, offering plant‑based comfort food inspired by Polish and Russian home cooking – pierogi, soups, and classic dishes made modern. Production happens in our central kitchen, while service runs in the café and at events.
About the role
You’ll be responsible for the evening service flow in the kitchen, from prep before opening through to clean‑down. You should be comfortable working independently, keeping the kitchen organised, and maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
