Job Title: Principal consultant – Full Stack & Microsoft Technologies

Location: Sweden,Gothenburg

Role Overview

A highly skilled Lead Engineer with strong expertise across Microsoft technology stack and modern web frameworks. The role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise applications leveraging • NET, Azure, React, Power Platform, Office 365, and AI capabilities.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact digital transformation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using C#, • NET Core / • NET 6+, and React
• Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services following clean architecture principles
• Develop responsive, high‑performance front‑end interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS

Microsoft Azure

• Architect and implement cloud‑native solutions using Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Storage Accounts
• Implement Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring
• Ensure security, scalability, availability, and cost optimization of Azure solutions

Power Platform

• Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model‑Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
• Integrate Power Platform with Azure services, • NET applications, and external APIs
• Establish governance, environment strategy, and ALM best practices

Office 365 & Integrations

• Build solutions integrated with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive
• Customize and extend Office 365 using SPFx, Graph APIs, and Power Platform
• Support automation and collaboration solutions across M365 workloads

Artificial Intelligence

• Incorporate AI/ML capabilities such as Azure AI services, Cognitive Services, Copilot, or OpenAI integrations
• Design intelligent workflows for prediction, document processing, chatbots, and decision automation
• Ensure responsible AI usage with focus on security, compliance, and ethical standards

Leadership & Collaboration

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior team members
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design reviews
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
• Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands‑on IT experience
• Strong expertise in C#, • NET Core / • NET Framework
• Proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)
• Strong understanding of Office 365 / Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Experience integrating AI services into enterprise applications
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Experience with Dynamics 365
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized deployments
• Experience with SPFx and Microsoft Graph
• Prior experience in consulting or client‑facing roles

Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Preferred Microsoft Certifications:
• Azure Developer / Architect
• Power Platform Developer or Solution Architect
• AI or Data‑related Microsoft certifications
