Assignment Description

We are looking for a Learning Specialist

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop digital learning solutions (e-learning, nano-learning)
• Conduct learning needs analysis and define learning objectives
• Translate requirements into learning concepts, storyboards, and content
• Develop and iterate interactive learning modules
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Evaluate and improve training materials continuously
• Support development of digital communication content (e.g., intranet pages)
• Contribute to promoting secure behaviors across the organization

What You Bring

• Strong experience in designing and developing digital learning solutions
• Experience in learning needs analysis and defining learning objectives
• Knowledge of user-centered design and pedagogical methodologies
• Experience in interactive and visual design
• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Easygenerator)
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Ability to plan, structure, and deliver work in project-based environments
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
