We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Service Manager who is passionate about driving Agile delivery and ensuring world-class service for HR IT applications.

In this dual role, you will:

• Lead Agile practices by facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence by managing technical incidents, optimizing service delivery, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards.

Job Responsibilities

Scrum Master for Global Inhouse applications

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Support continuous delivery by identifying and removing impediments faced by the development team.
• Coordinate release planning and ensure alignment of sprint deliverables with business objectives.
• Promote Agile best practices and empower the team to achieve high performance.
• Support the Product Owner in maintaining a clear and prioritized backlog.
• Ensure clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and stakeholders.

Service Manager

• Oversee incident management processes and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively across application, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Conduct compliance activities, including penetration tests and IRAM assessments.
• Manage operational workflows such as Alto, PRI, and other service management processes.
• Create and maintain release notes for the product.
• Troubleshooting incidents using SQL.

Who You Are

Qualifications & Skills

Must-Have

• Profound knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in technical incident management.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA for project tracking and Zephyr for test management.
• Experience with POSTMAN for API testing and validation.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with AWS portal and cloud-based environments.
• Awareness of GDPR and data privacy principles.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM),or Agile Practitioner are highly desirable.
