We are now looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialistfor Sweco Group to join our HQ Stockholm office. As a Compensation & Benefits Specialist you will be part of the Group HR team and will have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders in the different countries. You will be reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Director.

About you

You have several years of relevant working experience, ideally within compensation and benefits and an academic background in Finance, Human Resources or a related field. For this role, we are looking for someone who is analytical, detail oriented and comfortable working with numbers. You have advanced Excel skills and the ability to initiate, drive and deliver projects. Since you will be working with several international stakeholders, it is important that you enjoy collaboration, adapt to different cultures and build wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organization. You communicate confidently in English, both verbally and in writing.

Your background could be in an in‑house rewards team, a consultancy firm, or a local C&B function. You have the ability to automate, streamline and quality‑assure processes in a structured and proactive way. Experience with job evaluation methodologies, such as Korn Ferry, is considered an advantage. It is also an advantage if you have experience in designing compensation strategies and frameworks and enjoy developing them.

The role

This is a group level compensation and benefits role within a decentralised organization, working closely together with the Group Compensation & Benefits Director with defining and continuously refining the reward strategy at Group level and collaborate across Sweco’s business areas.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the annual salary review process for senior leadership across the group and support the annual salary review for Sweco Group functions
  • Proactively work with Sweco’s Short‑ and Long‑term incentive programs
  • Maintain and develop Sweco’s global job architecture framework
  • Perform job evaluations for senior leadership roles and provide support to Sweco Group functions
  • Prepare materials for the Board’s Remuneration Committee meetings
  • Support and advise on executive and senior management compensation
  • Support in the ongoing implementation of the Pay Transparency Directive
  • Monitor trends and regulations to maintain competitiveness and compliance
  • Contribute actively to ensuring governance and compliance within executive compensation, including Remuneration Reports and information for the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting
