You will drive and implement the sales strategy in your designated countries or regions to ensure sustainable growth
You will acquire new customers and further develop existing customer relationships across the full product portfolio
You will identify and develop market opportunities and translate them into concrete sales measures and long-term agreements
You will manage customer projects end-to-end, including quotations, negotiations and documentation in the CRM system
You will represent the company through regular customer visits, technical discussions and product presentations
You will collaborate closely with product management and internal stakeholders to support market-driven product development and innovation
What you bring to the table:
You have a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification; additional knowledge in Business Administration is a must
You have at least 5 years of professional experience in technical B2B sales within the energy or industrial sector, including several years of order processing and contract handling
You have strong technical sales competence, including the ability to manage customer projects, prepare technically and commercially sound offers and work with our CRM systems
You demonstrate excellent negotiation skills, a structured and self-driven way of working and the ability to build long-term customer relationships based on trust
You are business-fluent in English; Swedish is a strong advantage and additional Nordic or European language skills are a nice-to-have
You are willing to travel regularly within Sweden and the Nordic region and feel comfortable working independently in an international environment
