About your job

As a Financial Controller with a strong focus on improving financial processes, your role belongs to our finance control function and supports the unit with accurate performance analysis, stronger process flows, and valuable financial insights.

What you’ll do

• Take responsibility for financial reporting, forecasting, cost allocation cycles etc
• Manage approvals, delegations, profitability analysis and transfer pricing activities
• Evaluate financial performance against targets and identify improvements, automation opportunities and efficiency enhancements
• Act as super user and follow the implementation for finance control in SAP S4/Hana
• Provide insights and recommendations to guide business decisions

Location and flexibility

The role is based at Rock Tools in Sandviken. You work in a hybrid/partly remote setup.

Your profile

You have a solid foundation in accounting, financial reporting and profitability analysis. It’s an advantage if you’ve worked with ERP implementations or process development. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

You bring:

• A degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent experience
• Strong skills in SAP S4/Hana and Excel and preferably in OneStream
• Experience from working with processes and performance analysis
• Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders within our global environment
