About the job:
The Corporate Real Estate Transactions & Frame Agreements Manager carries full responsibility and accountability for executing the commercial aspects of real-estate transactions that support the accommodation needs of business functions across the EMEA and APAC regions.
This role encompasses the timely and compliant delivery of all real-estate activities
- across any type of required footprint
- aligned with internal policies, external statutory requirements, and project‑specific objectives.
In addition, the position oversees the management of key supplier services related to real‑estate and occupier services, real‑estate data management, and contract management, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across the regional portfolio.
What you'll do:
As the CRE Transactions & Frame Agreements Manager, you will lead and support assigned real‑estate projects to ensure their successful delivery, acting as a trusted partner to internal clients by managing their accommodation needs and guiding them through key decisions.
In this role, you will oversee all commercial aspects of real‑estate transactions
- including the acquisition of land or buildings, rental and lease agreements, contract extensions, modifications and terminations, as well as vacating and disposal activities
- essentially functioning as a procurement specialist for property-related matters.
Your responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of each project, from the initial needs analysis through to the final handover to the internal customer.
Your responsibilities will include:
Management of Real Estate-related approvals and reporting:
- Management of mandatory internal approvals (Investment requests, board and other approval mechanisms)
- Project reviews and other case-related reporting
- Stakeholder coordination (for example with Legal, IT, People organization)
Development of processes, guidelines, tools:
- Active, (in parts leading) contribution to continuous improvement of processes
- Active lead on transaction-related guidelines & tools (standard project roadmaps, need analysis, business case comparisons, IR preparation tools)
- Active contribution to automation
- Contribution to portfolio-management tools and processes
Management of service level agreements:
- Occupier service frame agreement

Within that:
Realtor- and realtor-related occupier services
- Real estate and agreement database supplier(s)
- Monitoring, improvement, periodic renewal of service level agreement(s)
Leadership, Stakeholder management:
- Develop and maintain strong networks and open communication channels with relevant stakeholders, business partners within the local organization, Group functions
- Lead external suppliers, and their personnel as specifically appointed to projects
- Lead or co-lead project-specific internal teams
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Assess the likelihood and potential impact of financial risks from Real Estate projects or related requirements and develop plans to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A relevant degree and 5 years of relevant experience
- Project leader experience on relevant project types
- Purchasing experience (realtor services, lease agreements), negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of legal frameworks for rental and lease agreements, but also related legal transactions like notarizations, deeds, certificates
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- A basic understanding of the change aspect of site transformations (relocate, reduce, re-fit, dissolve)
- Understanding the content side of real estate setups (office policies, outfitting) and their project structures for manifestation – for collaboration within and outside the team.
- “Forensic” listening skills: As our internal clients are not real estate pros, it is a CREM task to decode, translate, make understandable what they really need, or what really is the situation
- An understanding of governance patterns as are mandatory to observe in organizations like Electrolux
- Business-negotiation-level of fluency in English, in written and verbal communication
- Proficiency with office applications, with an understanding of database principles (SAP, Azure) and automation
- Advanced Proficiency with Excel and Word (VBA, PowerBI, PowerQuery) or database tools (postgresql) is a plus.
