Assignment Overview:

Our client is seeking a Senior Front-End / Fullstack Developer with a strong front-end focus to support the development of digital tools used by employees in physical retail environments.

The objective of this assignment is to modernize and streamline store operations by replacing manual, store-specific processes with efficient, web-based solutions. The consultant will contribute to building intuitive user interfaces that integrate with backend services and business systems, including ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop modern, user-friendly web interfaces that support business-critical workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional, scalable front-end solutions with a strong focus on usability
• Integrate front-end applications with backend services and middleware layers
• Work closely with design teams to implement consistent UI components using design systems and libraries
• Build, test, and deliver features efficiently, leveraging AI-assisted development tools where applicable
• Ensure alignment with established architecture, frameworks, and development standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous product improvements
• Contribute to optimizing development workflows and enhancing overall product quality

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor or similar)
• Proven experience working with design systems and component libraries (e.g., Storybook)
• Hands-on experience collaborating with design tools such as Figma
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and deliver high-quality solutions within defined frameworks
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

• Experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Java, or Azure-based services)
• Familiarity with API integrations and event-driven architectures
• Experience integrating with business systems, including ERP platforms

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Additional Details:

• Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Language Requirement: Swedish (Advanced proficiency)
