Indian Chefs Wanted – Tandoori Chef & Curry Chef

About the Position

We at Mr. Singh Indian Kitchen and Mr. Singh Sävedalen are currently looking for two experienced Indian chefs to join our team. We are seeking one Tandoori Chef and one Curry Chef with solid experience in traditional Indian cuisine.

As a chef with us, you will be responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes and contributing to the development of our menu and dining experience. We are looking for someone passionate about Indian cooking who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Indian dishes
• Handle appetizers, main courses, and desserts
• Specialize in Tandoori cooking or Indian curry dishes
• Participate in menu planning and development of new dishes
• Ensure that hygiene and food safety standards are followed
• Work efficiently even during busy and stressful periods

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of documented experience as a chef in Indian cuisine
• Experience with Tandoori or Indian curry dishes
• Good knowledge of ingredients, spices, and cooking techniques used in Indian cuisine
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Language skills: Hindi, Punjabi, or other Indian languages and/or English

• Contract: Permanent position or according to agreement
