We’re at the forefront of supporting drug development through quantitative analysis and are now building our product development team. Join our dynamic System Development team as a Product Owner, with opportunities to grow into a hybrid Product Owner/Business Analyst role.

About the role

As a Product Owner at Pharmetheus, you'll be at the heart of transforming business needs into actionable product solutions. Your role will involve driving product success by prioritizing product backlogs, managing change requests, and collaborating closely with our QA team to deliver top-notch product documentation.

You won't just be managing a backlog; you'll be the commercial-technical glue of the company—equipping our Sales and Marketing experts with the product insights they need to succeed. You'll also be the bridge between key stakeholders, identifying risks and unlocking new opportunities to fuel our innovation. Responsibilities

• Analyze pharma clients user and business needs and transform them into value-driven product roadmaps and requirements
• Prioritize product backlogs and manage change requests
• Manage stakeholder relationships, from technical teams, internal and external, to clients, through sales and marketing, and identify risks and opportunities
• Collaborate with our QA team, maintain product documentation and translate it to high-level sales enablement material
• Contribute to commercial readiness

Qualifications

To fit in this position you have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or you have worked in a similar role before which is considered equivalent along with several years of experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership. Your background should include expertise in SaaS and software development, and you have to be fluent in English.

If you bring additional experience from the pharma industry, regulatory environments, or academia, you'll stand out even more. Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and a certification as a Scrum Product Owner, along with a solid grasp of agile practices, will give you an edge and make you an ideal candidate for our dynamic team.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or similar
• 3+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, with emphasis on Business Analysis, product launches, and GTM cycles
• Experience in SaaS and software development
• Strategic communicator with commercial insight
• Fluent in English

Preferred Skills

• Pharma industry, regulatory, or academic experience
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
• Certified Scrum Product Owner and agile practices knowledge
