You will take a hands-on technical role within Identity and Access Management in a complex enterprise environment. The focus is on engineering, implementation, platform configuration, and operational support across both cloud and on-prem environments. You will work close to architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders to turn business and security needs into practical IAM solutions.

This is a role for you who enjoy solving real identity challenges, improving secure access, and contributing to the evolution of IAM capabilities. • You will work hands-on with identity lifecycle management and automation.
• You will configure and maintain authentication and authorization models.
• You will support and improve Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) workflows.
• You will work with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and related controls.
• You will manage and optimize directory services.
• You will contribute to non-human identity management.
• You will configure, optimize, and maintain IAM platforms in line with security standards and best practices.
• You will implement IAM controls, integrations, policies, and automation across the organization.
• You will collaborate with architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions.
• You will contribute technical expertise in design discussions, capability improvements, and IAM roadmap initiatives.
• You will troubleshoot identity-related issues, handle incidents, and help ensure stable, high-quality IAM services.

• Strong hands-on experience within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Strong understanding of identity platforms and directory services.
• Solid knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve IAM-related issues across hybrid environments with cloud and on-prem platforms.
• Experience with implementation, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support in IAM.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders in technical delivery.
• English communication skills at a fluent level.
