We are now looking for a Business Development Manager focused on our property solutions who will leverage their experience and ambition to shape our success.
The Opportunity Europe’s energy market is undergoing a structural shift. Hospitals, schools, district heating networks and large multi-residential complexes are rapidly increasingly moving toward green heating solutions with heat pump systems in the forefront. That is exactly what ES Energy Save is designed for. We have the product fit, market footprint and the ambition.
This is a new role. You’ll be the first dedicated hire in our large-scale commercial segment, reporting directly to the commercial lead. Your mandate is to build our partner pipeline from scratch - developing partners who operate in the MW-size project space, including district heating and cooling, public sector infrastructure and large scale multi-residential.
What You’ll Do
· Identify, develop and manage partnerships with stakeholders in the energy and climate sectors
· Build and own the commercial pipeline for partners for large-scale projects: from first contact to signed partnership agreements
· Develop partners’ capacity and motivation to grow with Energy Save. Supporting them technically, commercially and strategically
· Translate partner and market insight into commercial positioning, pricing input and product feedback
· Represent Energy Save at industry events and customer sites across Europe. Regular travel is part of the role
· Work directly with the commercial lead to define how we scale this segment over time
Negotiate and finalize agreements with potential partners.
Set and follow sales targets and KPIs for the property solutions portfolio
What We’re Looking For
· Academic degree in Business Development, Sales, Engineering, Project Management or equivalent, or substantial commercial business development experience
· Several years of proven success in partnership development or similar roles, preferably within the energy or technology industries; direct experience with heat pump systems or building-related energy solutions is highly valued
· Background in energy systems, HVAC, building technology, or similar fields.
· Direct experience with large, complex, multi-stakeholder projects
· AI-native working style. You use AI tools as a genuine force multiplier for commercial work: market mapping, partner research, competitive intelligence, pipeline management.
· Strong commercial instinct combined with long-cycle relationship discipline
· Comfortable building a process and pipeline from scratch Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade both internal and external stakeholders
· Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

About ES Group and ES Energy Save
ES Energy Save Holding AB, operating as ES Group, is a Swedish heat pump technology company headquartered in Alingsås. Founded in 2009 and listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. We develop and deliver air-to-water heat pump systems across 30 European markets, with installations ranging from 6 kW residential units to 1,4 MW kW cascaded commercial systems.
The Group operates on two tracks. Our platform business partners with brands across Europe, enabling them to enter and scale in the heat pump market through white label and ODM solutions built on our proprietary control architecture. Alongside this, we sell heat pumps under our own in-house brand, ES Energy Save, through installer and distribution networks across our European markets. This role sits within ES Energy Save, the brand responsible for our own-channel commercial growth. You will be working with ES Energy Save products and partners directly, but the commercial capability you build contributes to the Group as a whole.
