You will help build the cloud backend behind remote vehicle functions used in a modern mobile experience within connected mobility. The team works close to the vehicle ecosystem and develops services that let users interact with their cars remotely, while also enabling integrations for use cases such as smart charging and fleet management.

This is a hands-on role in a skilled agile team where you get to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain cloud software with a strong focus on quality. You will work with modern tools, microservices and a platform where cloud, mobile and vehicle connectivity meet. It is an exciting opportunity if you want to work with large-scale connected services and influence how next-generation backend solutions are built.

• You will design, develop, test, deploy and maintain backend services for remote vehicle functions.
• You will build and improve cloud-native microservices in a modern AWS environment.
• You will work closely with the team to create robust integrations between cloud services and connected vehicles.
• You will contribute to architecture, code quality and ways of working in an agile setup.
• You will support reliable operations through monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvements.
• You will collaborate across technical areas and may also explore related domains such as mobile applications and embedded systems.

• Valid driving license in Sweden (car)
• Fluent Java skills
• Extensive AWS knowledge, including serverless
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices
• Experience with Kafka
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kustomize and YAML
• Experience with gRPC and REST
• Experience with SQL databases, including Postgres and Cassandra
• Experience with Docker
• Familiarity with Grafana, PagerDuty, Git and Jira
• Fluent English, spoken and written

• Experience with MQTT
• Experience with Cucumber
• Experience with JGroup
• Experience with Postman
• Experience with JMS / MQ
• Experience with AMQP
• Experience with Istio
