You will take a key role in shaping supply chain readiness in a global manufacturing environment where new products are introduced and production is transferred between sites. The assignment sits close to product development and operations, giving you a broad view of how purchasing, supplier collaboration and material planning come together to keep projects moving forward.

You will work cross-functionally with R&D, production and procurement, and collaborate with sister sites in China and the US as well as a global direct material supplier base. It is a strong fit if you enjoy combining project pace with hands-on purchasing and want to influence how materials are secured from prototype to pre-series.

• You will coordinate purchasing activities in new product development projects and transfer projects from other production sites.
• You will work closely with R&D, production and procurement to align sourcing activities with project milestones.
• You will maintain close dialogue with a global supplier base for direct material.
• You will place purchase orders and secure material availability for prototypes and pre-series.
• You will support supply chain decisions in a global setup with stakeholders across multiple countries.
• You will help create structure and momentum in a fast-paced environment where timing and material readiness are critical.

• 3 years+ experience in supply chain, working in a strategical or tactical role, in a global manufacturing organization.
• Education in engineering or business with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
• In-depth understanding of purchasing tools and practices, with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of industrial commodities and supply markets in a global context, along with an understanding of core manufacturing processes.
• Strong analytical skills and good learning capability.
• Professional English, written and spoken alike.
• You communicate well with both internal stakeholders and suppliers and are comfortable working in a global cross-functional setup.

• Experience from working in SAP, Ariba or equivalent systems.
• Swedish skills.
