You will strengthen and improve a central IAM capability in an environment where secure, reliable identity services are critical to daily operations. This is a hands-on technical assignment with focus on engineering, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement rather than project management or coordination.

You will work across both cloud and on-prem environments and help shape how identity, access, and authentication services are implemented, maintained, and improved. The scope is broad and includes identity lifecycle automation, authorization models, IGA workflows, PAM solutions, directory services, and non-human identity management. It is a great opportunity for you who want to combine deep technical work with real influence on how IAM capabilities evolve.

• You will work hands-on across core IAM areas such as identity lifecycle automation, authentication, authorization models, IGA workflows, PAM solutions, directory services, and non-human identity management.
• You will configure, optimize, and maintain IAM platforms and services to support secure and reliable identity operations.
• You will implement IAM controls, integrations, policies, and automation used across the organization.
• You will troubleshoot identity-related issues, investigate incidents, and help ensure stability and quality in IAM services.
• You will collaborate with architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions and platform configurations.
• You will contribute technical input to design discussions, capability improvements, and IAM roadmap activities.

• You have strong hands-on experience within IAM engineering and analysis.
• You have solid knowledge of core IAM and directory services.
• You have a good understanding of modern authentication standards and integration patterns.
• You are comfortable diagnosing issues related to authentication, access, and identity platforms across cloud and on-prem environments.
• You have experience configuring, optimizing, and maintaining IAM platforms and services.
• You can translate security and governance requirements into technical solutions and platform configurations.
• You have worked with areas such as identity lifecycle automation, authorization models, IGA workflows, PAM solutions, directory services, and non-human identity management.
