Job Overview:

The client is seeking a Documentation Technician with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Master Concept to support technical documentation activities at a CHP (Combined Heat and Power) plant located in Torsvik.

This role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, structure, and accessibility of technical documentation while supporting the transition of existing documentation from local storage systems into a centralized document management platform. The consultant will play a key role in maintaining high-quality plant information and supporting documentation-related initiatives within the organization.

Working within the Heating & Cooling domain, the consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams while also managing assigned tasks independently. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a keen interest in technical documentation and energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform quality assurance of technical documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Migrate and organize documentation from server-based storage into the designated document management system.
• Maintain and update facility-related data to ensure it is well-structured, current, and easily retrievable.
• Support documentation processes within the unit and act as a key resource for documentation-related activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage plant information within the Heating & Cooling domain.
• Ensure that technical drawings and documentation are aligned with system requirements and operational needs.
• Contribute to improving documentation workflows and best practices within the organization.
• Participate in project environments while handling assigned responsibilities independently when required.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Experience with Master Concept
• Strong understanding of technical documentation processes

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar documentation or technical consulting role
• Experience working on comparable assignments within technical or industrial environments

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Documentation, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Language Requirements:

• Swedish – Native or Fluent (both written and spoken)

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to work on-site full-time due to security and operational requirements
• Willingness to undergo security screening and comply with confidentiality regulations in line with applicable laws

Work Environment & Conditions:

• The role is fully on-site at the client’s facility in Jönköping
• The consultant will work in a structured team environment with opportunities for independent task execution
• No compensation for travel or distance-related expenses
